Lab Testing

We are excited to have partnered with ZRT Laboratory in order to offer our patients specialty lab tests without a prescription or a visit to your doctor! There are nearly 100 different lab values we can offer in these few simple steps:

  1. Contact your friendly staff at Middletown Pharmacy & Wellness to discuss your options and narrow down which test works best for your health goals.
  2. If we do not have your test in stock, we will order it and receive within 2-3 business days.
  3. Purchase the test kit(s) at our pharmacy.
  4. Take test kit home and follow the directions in the kit.
  5. Mail out your sample using the pre-paid enclosed UPS shipping label.
  6. Once the lab receives your sample (approx. 2 days), your results will be emailed to us within 3-5 business days.
  7. We will reach out to you when your results are in and setup a time to discuss them with you. Click here to see a sample result report!  
  8. If we recommend further treatment, we can collaborate with you and your provider.
